I have this story I want to tell, but I'm working through it very slowly. Some things I do come to me very quickly, and others take forever. This story falls in the latter category. I want it to be a war story, with lots of drama and excitement, but a very uplifting message. And not lame. All I really have solid in this story is this song. Our lives are comprised of one decision made after another. Some small and seemingly insignificant, some that we agonize over, even after it's been made. Making no decision is a decision in itself. Maybe we need to get over the decisions and come to terms with the idea that there is no right or wrong decision. There is only a decision made, then the ability to move forward and make it the right decision.
It isn't everyday I come across a project that I want to get personally involved in. But Green Tree had a mission that fit in so perfectly with my Planet Bonehead project, a business plan I was excited about, and people I felt right at home with. I'm very excited to introduce Green Tree. Read more
Throughout the 90s I was lead singer of an original rock band called Rhythm Ritual. We were really good, if I say so myself, and my time with those guys defined that decade for me. In 2000, I left the band to pursue other interests, and planned to launch my solo music project. I had no idea how I was going to do it. I may not have even done that if I knew it would be 10 years before I officially launched it. Read more
I wrote this song to be my personal anthem — the quintessential song that conveys everything I am about. I'm a firm believer that we all have the power to create our lives through deliberate thought. While it's sometimes easier said than done, even when you know how you need to do it, it's exciting to watch the elements of my life unfold exactly as I visualized. I figured if I can deliberately create my life into anything I want, I may as well be a rock star!
